Service Description

A group of yoga teacher students here to help guide free yoga classes for those in financial need and with non-clinical mental health difficulties. Olivia desiring to help others find a flow that aids mentally and physically. Lejla building communities and connections that last forever. Laureline, guiding to reach inner peace - through mindful movements and breathing. We really look forward to building a practice together on the mat and thank you in advance. Class spaces are limited to 10 to ensure individual attention.
