Service Description

The beauty of this gentle flow is that you get to work through a choreographed sequence but you are encouraged to do so with a sense of calm, intention and attention. It is so important to approach this practice with mindfulness and to connect not only to your breath but to also listen to the innate & inbuilt intelligence that our bodies already possess. As we move through postures, we maybe stay there for 4 or 5 breaths but it's not about holding a rigid posture but rather exploring the pose and seeing how your body responds. It's all about making the pose work for your body at this very moment in time. Opening and closing, deepening and rising with the breath. Awakening to the more subtle layers within which radiate from our Dantien - our Centre of Gravity. We will bring the practice to a close with a guided mindful meditation.
