Yoga & Sound Healing experience with Nikki & David.

Yoga and Sound Healing Retreat 

After our last sell out Yoga and Sound Workshop, we are pleased to announce another Yoga and Sound Event. 

Retreat with us for an immersive experience of therapeutic flow yoga to a live Dj with free movement to djembe, meridian yin yoga to live instruments, group reiki sound healing journey and Sanskrit mantras.

To retreat is to spend a longer duration of time than your weekly yoga class moving your awareness inwards 

 In a society which requires a faster pace and more outward energy. To retreat is a tonic for the self on all levels to nurture our essence and gather our own inner resource. 

This workshop includes a smoothie on arrival and tea and homemade baked afterwards.

Nikki is the founder of Manchester Yoga central and has been teaching yoga for 13 years.

She has studied different forms of yoga internationally in India, Australia and also in the Uk, she draws inspiration from some of the worlds leading teachers.

Nikki has studied shaitsu massage with Traditional Chinese Medicine and reiki she enjoys weaving knowledge from different linages into her sessions .

More recently Nikki has been working on using the voice for healing vibrations through Sanskrit mantras and spontaneous sounds.

David is a dj and music producer. He plays Native American flutes, guitar and djembe.

His spiritual path has led him to spend years alone in the forest in Croatia and he says that nature is his best teacher.

David is also a kambo practitioner and holds regular group and 1 to 1 ceremonies.
