To retreat is to spend a longer duration of time than your weekly yoga class moving your awareness inwards

In a society which requires a faster pace and more outward energy. To retreat is a tonic for the self of all levels to nurture our essence and gather our own inner resource.

Working on our personal “sankalpa” or intention this 2.5 hour journey can help us to integrate our deeper wishes into our subconscious mind and allow an energetic shift for a renewed sense of energy and purpose.

This workshop includes a smoothie on arrival and tea and homemade baked afterwards.
