About the event

We are really excited to welcome back @ourecho to the studio for this wonderful workshop while she is on her European tour.

 Her workshop will include:

✨Healing practices derived from her studies around the world.

✨Somatic movement

 ✨ Yoga & Meditation

✨  Philosophy & Therapeutic exercises .

✨ Light snacks including smoothies & baked goods.

She shares her own wisdom from cultivating and finding security and love that exists within all of  us. Her offerings are fuelled by the many obstacles that Echo has overcome in this lifetime. ❤️✨

Echo is a yoga teacher and runs yoga teacher training courses internationally. She is also a trained practicising therapist. She also has an incredibly successful You Tube channel.

Words from Echo in relation to this workshop:

'We deserve a love story that exists beyond the parameters of external validation, and reaches wildly into the selflessly loving and vast unknown. May we each find the resources to harness the raw power within our sheer authentic expression and find the unqiue imprint of our own making.

In this workshop expect to move your body, to take in deep breaths, to feel the vastness of your potentiality and to slow down and devote yourself to you. How can you be in deeper intimacy with yourself? How can you create? How can you sit? How can you be wild, silent, large and small all at the same time.

May we explore the timelessness of deep presence together on this journey.'
