We are so excited to welcome Kawá Huni Kuin (Kaxinawá) back to Manchester Yoga Central. Kawá is a paje (healer) from the Amazon rainforest and musicians, delivering the ancient songs chants and ceremonies from their ancestors. These songs connect you to the protective spirits and the nature of the Amazon.

The Huni Kuin (Kaxinawá) are an ethnic group based in the lowland Amazon in the state of Acre, Brazil. They speak their own language called Hantxa Kuin & have a longstanding tradition of working with medicines of the rainforest.
