Inner Alchemy & The Path to Safe Empowered Sovereignty

Echo is an internationally renowned teacher and teacher trainer she has taken part in countless trainings all over the world. It is a true honour to have such an experienced yoga teacher here with us in Manchester. 

Echo says:

In this workshop we will dive deep into working with Self. Working with the innermost parts of ourselves through breathwork, meditation, qi gong, Shao Lin and practices of embodiment, presence and integration. 

There is a big difference in independence and sovereignty. We may wash our wounds with resilience, callousness and say never again. We may become so independent that we learn to hold our pain internally and release our need to socialize, attach and love. Yet, on the path to empowered sovereignty we learn to feel safe in our bodies. Safe in our needs, our desires and the paths that we walk. From there we can step into the world with a deeper understanding, and trust that life is always supporting us and that we can have all that we desire and need for ourselves.

Bring your curiosity, your patience, and you desire to know yourself more deeply. The path is not an easy one, but it is worthwhile. May we use this time together to rest and play with peace, nurishment and play.

This workshop include a luxury yogi afternoon tea for time to connect and bond with others.
