When we will take Fire & Light into our coming together.
A Celebration of Who, Where & What we really are.
This time of blooming, blossoming and fresh earthy freedom.
We will centre our yoga practice around the heart ( Manipura Chakra) and Agni - the digestive fire of our belly.
