Sharon & Craig invite you to join us in honouring Ostara - this magical time of year where Nature awakens and spring blossoms. A time for Balance , Renewal & Rebirth. Our time together will begin with a Spring inspired engaging grounding meditation leading us into the practice of Yin Yoga which will be designed to reflect the gentle awakening, expansion and opening up of our bodies after the deep winter rest. Wood is the associated element of Spring and like the tree -we all all multilayered beings - an amalgation of all that life has gifted us. Let's truly honour the journey that has brought you here today. All of YOU are welcome.
Surrounded by the blended aroma of Sacred Oils & Candle-light, Sharon will guide your awareness to the more subtle internal energy bodies in search of your edge as well as awakening some of the accupressure points…
