Full Weekend with Ruben Yon'ton

It is our honour to introduce an incredible event that is coming'to Manchester on the 29th and 30th of April.

We welcome Ruben Yon'ton Vucubcame to Manchester Yoga Central for 3 workshops.

Ruben is a Ritual Artist of Nahua Indigenous from Anahuac an area that we know today as Arid America and Meso-America. Rubens work is focused on the development of art as a form of healing using ancestral ritual to help people find unification.

Now he is in Europe where he applies the principles of Mexican shamanism to help our communities connect to the ancestral wisdom that is locked in our DNA. With this we can link and heal the communities within and without to achieve spiritual, mental and physical well-being.

On Saturday the 29th of April, Ruben will be running a drum birthing day, the drum we will be making is the Chimalli

Huehuetl (Shield of the Grandfather). This drum is created over 8 hours in a unique way personal to the tradition of the Nahua. This drum will serve as a protector in ceremony and as an outward expression of your inner vibration.

On the 30th of April, Ruben will be holding 2 workshops the first will be a frequency and vibration workshop, this workshop is 2 hours and offers the opportunity to find your inner voice, liberate and express your own unique sound in a supportive group environment.

Through vocal exercises you will learn to unlock resonance points in your body, potentiating your own medicine and co

creating new fields of self discovery.

These exercises will involve meditation, breath work, movement, toning and visualisation.

We will connect to natures vibration, feel the heartbeats of the earth, the sky and the space between that we inhabit, our own heart beat.

In essence we will return to the truth that there is no separate heartbeats, we are all one heart.

The second workshop will be a sound healing by Ruben himself.

A variety of instruments including didgeridoo, drum and his own voice will take us on a journey to the inner plains so we can explore and unlock our inner landscapes.

This weekend has been developed to empower you with the tools to help you explore without limits and reinvent yourself every day. To help dissolve attachment to identities such as nationalism, name, gender. To help us realise all is one and one is all, that the Origin of the Heart vertex in the cluster of all infinity is within us all, here and now from the micro to the macro Cosmos.

Origin Te Yon'ton means Origin of the Heart and Rubens mission is to connect everybody to their own expression of the Heart of the Cosmos.
