Frequency & Vibration Workshop with Ruben Yon'ton

It is our honour to introduce an incredible event that is coming to Manchester on the 29th and 30th of April.

We welcome Ruben Yon'ton Vucubcame to Manchester Yoga Central for 3 workshops.

Ruben is a Ritual Artist of Nahua Indigenous from Anahuac an area that we know today as Arid America and Meso-America. Rubens work is focused on the development of art as a form of healing using ancestral ritual to help people find unification. Now he is in Europe where he applies the principles of Mexican shamanism to help our communities connect to the ancestral wisdom that is locked in our DNA. With this we can link and heal the communities within and without to achieve spiritual, mental and physical well-being.

On the 30th of April, Ruben will be holding 2 workshops the first will be a frequency and vibration workshop, this workshop is 2 hours and offers the opportunity to find your inner voice, liberate and express your own unique sound in a supportive group environment. Through vocal exercises you will learn to unlock resonance points in your body, potentiating your own medicine and co creating new fields of self discovery.

These exercises will involve meditation, breath work, movement, toning and visualisation.

We will connect to natures vibration, feel the heartbeats of the earth, the sky and the space between that we inhabit, our own heart beat.

In essence we will return to the truth that there is no separate heartbeats, we are all one heart.

The second workshop will be a sound healing by Ruben himself. Please refer to the separate event for details of this.  Both workshops can be booked separately at £35 each or combined for a reduced price of £60. There is a further option to book the whole weekend.
