Echo flow yoga masterclass

We welcome back the world famous you tube  yoga teacher and trauma therapist Echo for another workshop here with us during her international tour.

Blending modalities such as yoga, meditation and internal family systems Echo leads us deeper into our own inner being in a safe and held container.

Echo is also known as a shadow worker and feels that our internal imbalances and inner conflict lies in the lack of expression of the less desirable parts of ourselves and her gift is holding a space of full safety and support for all of you.

We all have the potential to step into deeper realms of softness, tenderness, and vulnerability. Sometimes that is through deeply dynamic through wild dance, bustling screams into the wild, and meeting the edges of our being to see at which capacity we fundamentally are. And yet sometimes in order to meet ourselves more deeply…we must slow down, we must sit in silence, we must feel, observe and allow creativity to flow through us. This workshop is a display of time space continuum. Where we learn to stop time or at least to slow it down by moving with more grace, sharing with more openness and allowing color, texture, and flow to move from our fingertips and mouths into shared space.bring, pencils, paper, a journal and pen and warm soft clothing to embark on a journey into the subtle realms of your deepest truth.
