Tuatha Dé Danann - Tribe of Mother Earth
Let's come together to create a sacred space in Celtic Celebration & Anticipation of the Autumn Equinox.
A Celebration all of that Mabon represents - this time of year which traditionally reflects Abundance, Balance and Harmony.
Beginning the practice with Sharon taking you through a guided meditation instilled by Reflection, Gratitude and Intention Setting.
All designed to build Fortitude & Resilience for the slower darker months ahead.
Then moving to a short flow sequence acknowledging all the Mother Earth has gifted us with, igniting our pranic energy before settling into a somatic movement practice which will be earthy & grounding.
