This morning of yoga is for all levels and is aimed at boosting your inner resources of energy to assist you on your way through 2020.
To retreat means to spend some time to go inwards, therefore this morning is time spent to connect withyour body and your self like a pause from everyday life. This can increase a greater awareness of where you are over spending energy and holding tension.
The yogic practices especially when practiced for a longer duration of time will slow down the pace of the mind, helping you to feel calm and to de-stress.
This yoga morning is suitable for all levels of practice Teas and light refreshments are provided.
Nikki has been teaching yoga for 10 years she is very passionate about sharing this self care practice as a path back to balance of the body and mind.
Through different experiences and trainings in yoga and alternative therapies Nikki likes to combine elements of Chinese medicine and energy medicine into her offering of yoga.
