These classes offer a welcoming,relaxed and calm space for you to move, breath and learn practical tools to support a calm, gentle
birth. The classes are suitable for all women, regardless of their fitness level. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
An opportunity for you to connect with your baby, meet other mamas whilst honouring your body and the many changes that occur during
this time. The postures are very gentle and can be adapted to individual needs. Yoga is great way to strengthen the body and help alleviate commonsymptoms in pregnancy such as PGP, carpel tunnel, nausea, fatigue.
It is also beneficial for your emotional wellbeing, helping you feel more confident and positive about birth.
