Max McGenity

Max started his yoga practice when he was 19 as a way of complementing his sporting pursuits as a rower and com-batting the tightness that this brought about.
From then on, he has used yoga to tackle stress, overcome injury and develop and celebrate the mind-body connection.
It is thanks to the love of the discipline that in 2018 Max stepped away from the confines of office life and trained as a yoga teacher.
He enjoys helping people give back to their bodies, fight ‘desk posture’ and have a laugh while they do it.
